Our client has a current opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for approximately 3-6 months. This is a key role where your decisions and influence will shape safe working environments across live construction sites, working alongside site managers, engineers, and project teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring Health, Safety and Welfare standards are not only met but continually improved. Key duties will include: Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations and company safety procedures Supporting site teams in implementing RAMS, permits to work, and safe systems of work Leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and behavioural safety programmes Investigating near-misses, incidents, and supporting root cause analysis Liaising with clients, subcontractors, regulators and HSEQ teams Tracking KPIs and compiling monthly safety reports to senior management Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and positive safety engagement on site What You’ll Need Essential Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Radiation Protection Supervisor ticket (RPS) Contaminated Ground ticket At least 3 years' experience in a construction or Civil Engineering environment, gained within a Consultancy or Contractor Confidence to engage constructively with operatives...
