Role Overview:
As a Highly Specialised Clinical Practitioner, you will be instrumental in delivering expert care within Neurophysiology and therapeutic procedures. Working autonomously to assess, diagnose and manage complex cases. You will drive service improvement, provide leadership, and contribute to evidence-based clinical advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct advanced clinical assessments and formulate precise diagnoses
* Develop and lead specialised treatment and management strategies
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care pathways.
* Supervise, mentor and support junior healthcare professionals.
* Lead research initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical best practices.
Requirements:
* NMC registered nurse or other relevant professional registration.
* A master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
* Experience in Neurophysiology or equivalate area
