Gas Supervisor key responsibilities:
* Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure excellent service delivery
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback
* Work closely with the Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow
* Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as required
* Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements and legislation
* Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction
Gas Supervisor experience and qualifications:
* Experience working in domestic and gas safe registered
* Previous supervisory experience is essential
* Experience completing gas related works in social housing
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
