Key responsibilities / JD:
* Lead the team and oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring the final product meets client expectations.
* Work as an individual contributor with hands-on experience.
* Manage the complete lifecycle of application solutions, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment (CI/CD). Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
Mandatory skills (must-have):
* Java Full Stack Developer with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Proficient in developing and maintaining web applications using Spring Boot.
* Experience in developing API specifications using Stoplight.
* Strong expertise in microservices architecture.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Good-to-have skills (nice-to-have):
* Experience with Axure and Identity Access Management.
Experience level required: 8+ years.
