Main Purpose
The Global Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for delivering operational excellence by driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
1. Process Optimization – Identifying process inefficiencies, standardizing best practices, and improving workflows to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Continuous Improvement – Championing a culture of continuous improvement to enhance both processes and systems.
3. Change Management – Leading transformation initiatives and ensuring their adoption across global teams.
4. Performance Metrics & KPIs – Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration – Working with various organizational streams and regions to align goals.
6. Technology Integration – Leveraging available technology tools to streamline operations.
7. Compliance Management – Ensuring global operations meet ISO regulatory standards.
8. Training & Leadership – Coaching teams on best practices in operational excellence.
Knowledge & Experience
* Understanding of industry standards such as Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
* Minimum of an ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
* Proven track record in operational excellence, process improvement, or global operations.
