Role Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Design and Technology lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Teach across KS3 and KS4, with specialisms welcomed in areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Engineering. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where every student feels supported. Differentiate lessons effectively to meet a range of learning needs, including students requiring additional support. Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to promote achievement.
