As a Retail Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of our shop, helping to raise essential funds for St Michael’s Hospice. Whether you’re welcoming customers, creating eye-catching displays, or working on the till, your time and energy will help us continue providing compassionate care to those who need it most. What You’ll Be Doing: Greeting and assisting customers Sorting, pricing, and displaying donated items Operating the till and handling transactions Creating stylish window and in-store displays Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and inviting Promoting the work of St Michael’s Hospice Supporting the shop manager and team What We’re Looking For: A friendly and approachable personality Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take initiative A presentable appearance and positive attitude Retail or customer service experience is a bonus—but not essential!
