We are looking to recruit a trustworthy and passionate person to join our nursery team.

Responsibilities
* Supervise children within the nursery environment, including mealtimes, rest periods and nappy changing/toileting.
* Create fun and engaging activities that suit the needs of the children.
* Promote good hygiene practices.
* Build solid, caring relationships with parents/carers, families, professionals, and your team.
* Keep accurate records and communicate with parents/carers.
* Support your team members and be a positive role model, looking to develop and suggest positive changes.
* Lead the room in the absence of the room leader.
* Attend staff meetings or training courses that will help enhance your personal and professional development.
* Monitor and record all accidents.
* Adhere to and implement all nursery procedures and policies.
Qualifications
* Hold a full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years Qualification.
* Have a good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding duties, nursery procedures and policies.
* Have good knowledge of birth to 5 development and the EYFS curriculum.
* Excellent practice within an early years setting.
* Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge in Early Years and a full understanding of children's emotional, physical, psychological and educational developmental needs.
* Have a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to maintain high standards.
* Be able to work as a team.
* Have a professional attitude and manner.
