About the Role - 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer
* As a 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer, you will support, manage, and configure Juniper SRX and MX Routers within a live BAU environment.
* You will handle escalations from 1st line, provide technical guidance, and work closely with 3rd line engineers to resolve complex issues.
* The role includes incident management, fault diagnosis, change implementation, and support for project activities.
* You will contribute to knowledge sharing and skills uplift across the 2nd line team.
Key Skills - 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer
* Hands on experience with Juniper SRX and MX platforms, including strong CLI skills.
* Solid knowledge of BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, and PKI.
* Experience working in a 24/7 NOC or WAN operations environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across routing and switching technologies.
* Confident communicator with a customer focused approach.
