Overview
This role is perfect for someone looking for personal development in a busy studio, working alongside the CD to help deliver campaign work and branding projects, as well as other ad-hoc design projects. You’ll work on a broad spectrum of clients in B2C and B2B, from education and energy to national healthcare and charity brands.
You will need to:
* Think conceptually
* Know your way around a Mac: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and After Effects
* Design for print, digital, social, and campaign rollouts
* Take ownership of smaller projects, and support on larger-scale work
* Be able to take a brief
* Take direction
* Work independently as well as in a team
* Present to clients when required
The ideal candidate
* 4+ years’ experience in a design studio
* Have UX/UI experience
* A strong and versatile portfolio showing brand identity and campaign work across print and digital
* A confident understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
* The ability to think conceptually and execute with craft
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas
