Senior Social Worker Duty and Assessments Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker for our Duty and Assessments team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and intervention processes for individuals and families in need of support. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and risks. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results. Coordinate services and resources necessary for clients' support and well-being. Provide consultation and guidance to junior social workers and other team members. Conduct case reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Advocate for clients to access necessary services and resources. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. A minimum of 5 years of experience in social work practice, preferably in a similar role. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of social work theories, practices, and ethics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse populations. Proficient in case management software and documentation standards. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
