Job Overview:
Reporting to and taking day to day direction from the Senior People Advisor, the role of the Apprentice People Administrator, as an entry level role, is to maintain an accurate and efficient HRIS database and electronic folder system, with employee information and documentation, including administering the joiners, movers and leavers. As the People Administrator you will support the People Team in the delivery of a proactive administration service, including offering timely responses as a first point of contact for basic People queries, working in a way which positively represent the People Team.
The role will be accompanied by the Level 3 HR Support training. This will be a 16-month Fixed-Term Contract.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of the shared People team mailbox
2. Support of the full employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, change of contract, offboarding)
3. Produce contracts of employment and salary increase letters
4. Ensure all right to work checks are compliantly completed and filed
