Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott Lodge/House are specialist residential services providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Main duties of the job
Your day-to-day...
1. Provide a comprehensive maintenance & repair service
2. Carry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & general building work
3. Maintain plant, services & vehicles in working order
4. Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment & potential hazards
5. Travel to other sites
6. Check the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices & fire emergency lights

You are...
18. Experienced in all types of painting and decorating in both indoor and outdoor environments
19. Willing to travel & hold a full valid driving licence
20. Able to communicate at all levels & record detailed, accurate maintenance information
21. Skilled at DIY & general maintenance
22. Preferably Level 2 Diploma qualified in Painting & Decorating/Maintenance
23. Friendly, conscientious & an excellent team member with a positive attitude
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
