The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, bringing together the best of land and sea. The Role As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors to support the day-to-day running of front of house operations. You will help ensure consistently high service standards are delivered across all food and beverage areas. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day front of house operations across restaurant and bar Support, coach and motivate the team, building confidence and decision-making skills Maintain strong product knowledge (menus, cocktails and wine pairing) and drive sales through upselling Deliver an excellent guest experience by anticipating needs and managing feedback Assist with stock control and cost management to support business performance Oversee service systems including reservations, POS, billing and cash handling Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards Manage closing procedures, including securing the venue Identify opportunities to improve service, products and operations Skills & Experience Required Strong front of house ex...
