The role plays an active part in monitoring student behaviour and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all. Working in partnership with Support Services and Academic Departments, customer service skills are essential with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure. The role requires a critical thinker, with excellent interpersonal skills and an innovative and proactive approach.
