and be willing to work both days and night in line with business needs
47.5 hours, fixed week or 6 on 2 off

Driver Trainer
to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.
What we're looking for: Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems Minimum 3 years' experience as an LGV C+E driver
Essential: LGV C+E licence Driver CPC Experience delivering driver training
Desirable: NRI (RTITB) DCPC qualification IOSH or First Aid Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)

What you'll do: Deliver engaging driver training and development Support DCPC training and new driver inductions Promote safe and fuel-efficient driving Carry out driver assessments and post-incident training Help improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice
