*This role is outside in our Recycling Area*
Main Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative Roles
* Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse
* Ensuring all stock is handled safely and efficiently
* Operating warehouse equipment (following training)
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation
* Complying with company health and safety policies at all times
* Stock/ Cardboard and plastic Segregation
* Loading green recycling vans
Warehouse Operative Skills and Experience Required
* Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar experience is desirable but not essential
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods
* Basic IT skills are an advantage
