\n• You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
\n• Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including: Terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts and franchise agreements and shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements
\n• Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
\n• Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
