Position: Senior Residential Property Conveyancer
\n
* Location: Reading
* Team: Join a friendly and reputable team of 3 with a strong presence in the Thames Valley region
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
* Leasehold & Freehold: Handle a mix of residential properties
* Sales & Purchases: Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
* New Builds & Plot Sales: Expertise in new build projects and plot sales is desirable but not essential
\n
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
\n
* Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE equivalent
\n
Experience:
\n
* Proven track record in residential property conveyancing
\n
Skills:
\n
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong organisational abilities
* Proficiency in using a Case Management System
\n
