We are working with a growing and forward-thinking company based in Deeside who are looking to appoint an experienced
HR Advisor
to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to develop their career within a supportive and evolving environment. The role will be varied and hands-on, covering all aspects of HR, with a particular focus on employee relations, supporting managers, and driving people initiatives that add real value to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a wide range of HR matters.
Manage and support employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Support the delivery of HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
Work closely with the wider management team to promote engagement, learning, and development.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
About You:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor role (or similar level) is essential.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach.
CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or working towards is desirable.
