Salary: 34,398 to 52,490 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Instil a passion for literature and language while developing students' analytical and communication skills.
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and share best practice within the English department.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school.
* Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
* Effective classroom management and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* A passion for inspiring young people and contributing positively to school culture.
