My client is a boutique Investment Management company based in the heart of Mayfair. They are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support their Managing Partner and wider team with the day-to-day management of their time, to include extensive and complex travel bookings, diary management and work closely with the Office Manager. The company provide fabulous benefits to include unlimited holiday days! They are looking for an exceptionally organized individual whose attention to detail is second to none.
Duties will include:
Diary Management
Coordinate complex travel and accommodation
Manage the group calendar
Provide support to the investor relations team
Process expenses and invoices
Assist the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office such as keeping on top of supplies, organizing office parties
Meet and greet visitors
This will be an incredibly rewarding role where no two days will be the same.
They are seeking an individual who can work at pace and is a real grafter.
A 5 day a week office based role with hours being 8am- 6pm.
