About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Industrialisation Engineer to play a key role in the development and deployment of industrialised device assembly, packaging, and related process technologies for innovative products. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced organisation where you’ll work on the industrialisation of advanced device and packaging systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new therapies to market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the industrialisation of device assembly and packaging processes, from proof of principle to commercial manufacture.
* Collaborate with Device Development, Quality, Operations and CMC teams to develop component specifications, DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing processes.
* Develop and manage URS, RFP and RFQ documentation for equipment and contract manufacturing needs.
* Partner with equipment vendors and CMOs through design, build, FAT, SAT, validation and technical transfer activities.
* Provide subject matter expertise on state-of-the-art device assembly and packaging technologies.
* Support regulatory documentation, risk management and design control activities.
* Drive continuous improvement and cost-optimisation initiatives across processes and partners.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Technology.
* Significant experience in device development, manufacturing or industrialisation
* Proven success in the technical transfer and scale-up of assembly or packaging processes.
* Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English (oral and written); other European languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
