We are looking for a Presentation Designer to support our London office in creating, editing and formatting high-quality presentations and marketing materials. This role will also provide support to overseas teams when capacity allows. This position plays an important part in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service. You will be expected to build strong relationships, work safely and ensure full compliance with company standards. What you'll do: Create visually engaging, brand-consistent presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Creative Suite Design bespoke templates and incorporate graphics to ensure content is clear and impactful Produce and edit a range of materials including pitchbooks, invitations, logos, maps and other marketing assets Format documents to a high standard within both corporate and bespoke templates Ensure all work complies with copyright guidelines and company standards Proofread your own work and support quality checks across the team Assist with presentation training materials for UK departments Provide general administrative support related to the role Support wider Facilities team tasks as required What you'll bring: Essential: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with intermediate Excel Experience working in a client-focused environment, ideally within banking or financial services Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels Proactive, flexible and a strong team player Desirable: Experience in a desktop publishing or similar role Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Willingness to work additional hours when required Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
