We are seeking a talented and driven Regulatory Business Analyst to join our esteemed Regulatory Reporting Team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of producing critical weekly and monthly regulatory management business reports, ensuring they are delivered on time, with precision andpleteness.
As a Regulatory Business Analyst, within the Regulatory Reporting Team you will be responsible for production of weekly and monthly regulatory management business reports that should be delivered on time, accurate andplete. You will also develop your knowledge in regulatory reporting frameworks and be part of the team that delivers on our regulatory reportingmitments.
Job responsibilities
1. Delivers and executes regulatory reports in line with regulatory obligations.
2. Delivers remediation activities in relation to and in support of regulatory reporting obligations.
3. Creates reporting framework that allows for the creation and timely production of weekly and monthly business reports
4. Exhibits knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment, and their implication to Banking Operations.
5. Partners with key stakeholders in the delivery and execution of regulatory reports.
6. Assists regulatory reporting team in the execution and production of our daily / weekly regulatory reporting
7. Works with operations on regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy,pleteness and timeliness of the regulatory reports. Implement tactical controls and drives automation and other improvement opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8. A deep background in banking products and a strong understanding of markets and the regulatory environment
9. Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals - execution to achieve specific desired results
10. Proven ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to partner with local, regional and global teams
11. Proven ability to identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss
12. Strongmitment to providing high standards of controls andpliance
13. Adaptability in maintaining standards and adjusting effectively to operate within new work structures, processes or requirements
14. Ability to effectively address and manage conflicts
15. Ability tomunicate pro-actively and openly with internal and external business partners - to executive level
16. Proven ability to implement and manage change across direct units as well as remote units.
