Office Manager required for this innovative, growing company located North of Cambridge City. You will play a central role in keeping their operations running whilst covering this maternity leave. You will manage the day to day running of the office, provide support to the CEO and generally coordinate the office.
Start: 1st December
Duration: 12 month contract
Salary: £30-40,000pa
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: North of Cambridge city and it is based on site 5 days a week
Duties:
Coordinate service contracts, maintenance schedules and facilities suppliers
Manage utilities, supplies, cleaning services etc
Support workspace projects
Liaise with external IT support for troubleshooting
Support the onboarding and offboarding of team members
Manage hardware and software inventories
Oversee shared inboxes
Support the Health and Safety Officer with minutes and documentation
Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
Maintain documentation
Manage the document management system
Maintain and organise company documentation
Provide diary and admin support to senior leadership
Assist with company meeting preparation
Coordinate shipments, orders and other operational admin
Support ad hoc admin needs across the business
Your skills/experience:
Preferably start up experience
IT literate
Health and safety knowledge
Organised and proactive
Strong communicator
