As Head of Control Room UK, you will hold overall responsibility and accountability for the centralised control room operations overseeing the UK offshore wind fleet. Your primary objective will be to ensure robust operational oversight, safety, reliability, and effective coordination of all wind farms with a strong focus on EBIT optimization across the whole portfolio by minimizing downtimes, reducing costs and ensure full compliance to all physical and cyber security requirements as well as ensuring a fully reliable emergency response system at all times. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the central services at the Grimsby hub which includes the reliable and budget optimized weekly SOV port calls and daily management of CTVs. In addition, you are responsible for stakeholder management for Humber region representing RWE.
About The Role
1. Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all UK Control Room activities for the UK Operations fleet
2. Responsible for central provided services such as facility management, warehouse services and cyber & physical security aspects
3. Responsible for managing one SOV port call every week plus two CTVs on a daily basis for our offshore windfarms Triton Knoll and Sofia
