The role focuses on maintaining and refurbishing aircraft engines within their state-of-the-art facility, serving their customers across Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
Key Responsibilities:
Providing in-house engine maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment on aircraft engines
Managing each engine project from initial customer contact to commercial and technical report generation
Supporting the Service Centre Operations Manager with daily operational tasks, including covering Team Leader responsibilities
Collaborating closely with the MRO Engine Repair Planner and providing back cover when needed
Maintaining and completing work files and relevant documentation
Inspecting engine components and identifying items for scrap, rework, or refit
Assembling engines to defined standards and completing engine release certificates upon completion of maintenance
Generating cost estimates and technical reports, ensuring customer communication and updates
Occasionally providing field support for customer engines
Job Requirements:
Previous aircraft engine maintenance experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
In-depth technical knowledge of aircraft engines and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with customers
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment
Understanding of commercial aspects and the ability to negotiate with customers
