Job Title: Electrical Trainer
Salary: £31,200 - £35,880 per annum (plus up to £6,000 Industry Sector Payment)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Electrician, qualified to NVQ Level 3, who is ready to take the next step in their career by becoming an Electrical Trainer and inspiring the next generation of electricians.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based training to Electrical Apprentices.
* Assess apprentices' skills and progress both in workshops and in the workplace.
* Support learners in achieving their qualifications and developing employability skills.
* Ensure all training materials reflect up-to-date industry standards and practices.
* Promote safe working practices and maintain excellent health and safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with employers and the training team to provide high-quality learning experiences.
Essential Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installation.
* Extensive hands-on experience within the electrical industry.
* A genuine interest in developing the next generation of skilled electricians.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A teaching or assessing qualification (desired but not essential - full training provided).
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
