The Role
The Will Writer will take ownership of the firms will writing and associated private client services. The role will focus on delivering high-quality client advice, managing files independently, and developing this area of the business in collaboration with the Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).
The position does not require the individual to be a qualified solicitor. However, significant practical experience and technical knowledge are essential, as the role requires the ability to manage matters competently and independently with minimal supervision.
This is both a service delivery and growth-focused role. The successful individual will be expected to maintain existing client work while identifying and developing new opportunities.
The role involves working closely with the Independent Financial Advisers, Directors, administrative support team and, where appropriate, external professional advisers.
