Working Site Supervisor Civils/Groundworks

Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Working Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role overseeing civil engineering and groundworks projects as well as ongoing maintenance works.
About the Role
As the new Working Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating a civils team delivering both maintenance and project works. Youll work closely with another on-site supervisor (managing a separate team), and be in daily contact with their friendly, responsive office-based team.
This role is ideal for someone who is calm, organised, patient, and highly effective at communication with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Job Details:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am4pm.
* Location: Hertfordshire
* Salary: £50,000£55,000 depending on experience
* Contract: Permanent (PAYE or CIS options available)
