Our client,a global leader in automotive glass manufacturing, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Redditch. This position will potentially lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.
Role Details
* Working on a double day shift, rotating weekly
o Early shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
o Late shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
* Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
* Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team

* Overtime available at £18.45 per hour after 37.5 hours worked
