As a Multi‑Skilled Technician, you will:Deliver high‑quality repairs
1. Carry out work to a high standard in your primary trade.
2. Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service
3. Deliver repairs with professionalism, care and respect for customers’ homes.
4. Help us achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets.
Work safely and responsibly
5. Assess risks before starting work and apply appropriate Health & Safety controls.
6. Report near misses and incidents promptly.
7. Follow safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable customers.
Look after tools, equipment and vehicles
8. Maintainpany vehicles to required standards.
9. Manage van stock efficiently.
10. Ensure tools and equipment are safe, certified and well maintained.

Essential Skills & Experience
15. Provenpetence in your primary trade.

17. Experience in a customer‑focused, performance‑driven environment.
18. Ability to work independently and follow agreed procedures.
19. Good organisational and time‑management skills.
20. Confidence in decision‑making and problem‑solving.
21. Physically able to carry out tasks safely.
Qualifications
22. NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in a relevant trade or equivalent recognisedpetency.
