What you will do: Deliver high-quality primary care nursing services, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and nurse-led clinics within the prison setting. Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations in line with PGDs, national guidance, and organisational policy. Undertake triage, emergency response, and urgent care, including holding the emergency response radio when required. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using electronic patient systems in accordance with information governance standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Must be prison cleared.
