Your new role As Senior Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering financial leadership and strategic insight. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment and is passionate about driving performance through data and collaboration. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports and analysis • Leading quarterly re-forecasting and annual budgeting cycles • Supporting financial improvement initiatives and performance modelling • Providing commercial and operational finance support to divisional and site teams • Ensuring accuracy in monthly accounts and analytical reporting • Collaborating with operational teams to identify financial performance drivers • Enhancing financial and customer reporting systems • Evaluating investment appraisals and challenging assumptions • Offering support and cover to the Divisional Finance Manager when needed What you'll need to succeed We’re looking for a qualified accountant with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in financial leadership.
