About the Role:
1. Teach and support students across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 with a range of special educational needs.
2. Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning needs.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
4. Collaborate with a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants, and SEN specialists.
5. Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We're Looking For:
1. A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
2. Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
3. A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
