Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and presentation.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
* Strong team management and leadership skills
* Extensive culinary experience with a focus on food safety
* Background in food preparation and cooking
* Familiarity with hospitality standards and serving techniques
* Experience in food production and kitchen operations
* Knowledge of bartending and barista skills is a plus
