Position: Venue Manager – Farnworth. Salary: £36,340.20 per annum plus bonus opportunities. Hours per week: 45.

Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of a licensed gaming centre.
* Champion company standards and best practice within the venue.
* Deliver marketing, promotional activities and events correctly.
* Maintain physical and personal security.
* Control cash/assets and minimise risk of loss.
* Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
* Operate in accordance with LCCP.
* Develop your team and train them in line with launches and company policy.
* Manage staff and address poor performance or misconduct in a timely and professional manner.
* Recruit and train new team members for your venue.
* Maintain market and competitor awareness.
* Carry out venue cash collections in accordance with company procedures.
* Monitor and analyse machine income levels.
* Achieve KPI and audit targets, including international and compliance audits.
* Adhere to all health and safety practices and procedures.
* Complete all administration tasks on time and to required standard.
* Manage safeguarding and social responsibility measures.
* Respond positively and promptly to customer feedback and enquiries.
* Maintain high standard of personal presentation and enforce brand dress code.
* Discourage harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination of any kind against employees, management or customers.
Qualifications
* Ability to work to budgeted targets.
* Management experience within retail, hospitality or gambling sector.
* Experience with management reporting and administration.
* Experience managing a team.
* Experience creating staff rotas.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Understanding of budgeting as well as profit and loss reports.
* Flexibility to work day and night shifts if venue is 24‑hour operation.
