As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing all hard and soft services across the property portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure the effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance. Additionally, you will support capital investment projects, playing a key role in maintaining safety, operational efficiency, and service excellence throughout all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the running of all facilities management (hard and soft services) across our property portfolio.
* Provide strong leadership to the Facilities team by assigning duties and responsibilities and monitoring progress.
* Lead on all contractor and supplier management, ensuring quality, value for money and progress towards KPIs and SLAs.
* Take full ownership of health & safety on site, ensuring statutory compliance, reviewing and updating policies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Provide outstanding customer service by proactively identifying customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and handling complaints with professionalism and care.
* Manage expenditure for the estate, working collaboratively with facilities colleagues to ensure financial efficiency.
* Identify, assess and manage risks on all property related tasks.
* Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of planned and reactive maintenance.
* Coordinate and manage planned maintenance schedules, ensure timely completion of remedial works, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Attributes
Essential qualifications and experience:
* Relevant FM qualification (IWFM) or equivalent experience.
* NEBOSH Health & Safety General Certification or similar occupied status.
* Effective workingknowledge of methodsfor financial management of costs and benefits.
* Full UK Driving License.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
* Educated to degree level in a related discipline (Property, Construction, M&E Engineering)
* Appropriate professional membership
