Job - Fitness Manager
Location: West Lindsey (DN21)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, shift pattern – evenings and weekends may be required)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Fitness Manager to take charge of fitness operations and inspire healthier lifestyles in the community. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional member experiences, and shape the future of fitness at our centre.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Implement the fitness strategy and retention plan to maximise member satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Management: Motivate and supervise the fitness team, ensuring consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions, and gym floor engagement.
Programme Development: Manage and expand the group exercise timetable and personal training offering.
Customer Experience: Promote a fun, friendly, and inclusive environment for members and staff.
Operational Excellence: Oversee accounts, monitor performance targets, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Flexibility: Provide cover for fitness classes when required and work across daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Level 3 fitness qualification.
Proven experience in:
Managing group exercise programmes
Delivering personal training
Supervising a team and handling accounts
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
DBS check required prior to starting.
