About the Role
Got a knack with customers? Ideal candidates already have retail sales experience, but alternative customer‑focused sales backgrounds are welcome. You’ll be a legend at quick and efficient working, and you’ll receive product‑knowledge training to enable you to wow every customer. You’ll learn how to demonstrate and explain our products and the practical aspects of our fitting services.
We invest heavily in training to help colleagues develop their careers. Whether you want to progress in Retail or elsewhere in the Group, we provide the support you need.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail sales environment.
* Proactively assist customers and understand their needs.
* Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
* Support sales target achievement where applicable.
Qualifications
* Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in retail sales.
* Proactive approach to helping customers.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Experience with sales targets is advantageous.
