Trainee Teacher – Flexible Learning School
Flexible Learning School is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated trainee teachers to join our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience in an alternative provision setting. Teachers will deliver lessons both in the classroom and via Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Planning & Preparation: Assist in developing lesson plans, prepare engaging materials, and learn diverse teaching methods.
* Instruction & Assessment: Support interactive lessons, evaluate pupil progress, and provide feedback under supervision.
* Classroom Management: Help create a positive, inclusive environment and implement strategies to support behaviour and well-being.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work with colleagues on cross-curricular projects, liaise with pupils, parents, and staff, and participate in meetings and professional development.
* Pupil Support: Deliver one-on-one or small group support and monitor pupil well-being under guidance.
Qualifications:
* Strong English and Maths skills
* Ability to engage pupils effectively across subjects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of teaching concepts and willingness to adapt
* Relevant education certifications or coursework are a plus
