Modular CRM Data Migration Lead
Bury St Edmunds - 6 Months £550-600 pd
We are looking for an exceptional Data Migration Lead to drive the end‑to‑end migration for our Modular CRM programme.
This is a pivotal role accountable for migration design, data quality, planning, and execution across a complex multi‑system landscape.
What you’ll own
* Leadership of the full data migration workstream, from High‑Level Design through to cutover
* Definition of migration scope, historical data needs, transformation rules and sequencing across CRM, CPQ and downstream systems
* ETL pipeline design, build and unit testing, including staging, validation, reconciliation and audit processes
* Data quality strategy, including cleansing rules, deduplication logic and validation services
* Management of stakeholder validation and sign‑off, with clear oversight of constraints impacting phasing and cutover

What you’ll bring
* Proven experience leading large‑scale data migrations
* Strong logical data modelling capability
* Hands‑on experience designing ETL/ELT migration pipelines
* Deep understanding of data quality, deduplication and audit processes
* Stakeholder management across both business and technology
* SQL and PowerShell expertise, plus experience with SQL Server
Desirable
knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Databricks and Azure data services such as ADLS Gen2 and Azure Data Factory
