A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a dynamic business in St Albans on a part-time basis.\n\nWe're looking for someone to work 22-25 hours per week, ideally spread over five days on-site. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional seeking flexible hours while coordinating all HR elements for the business.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a standalone HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment and onboarding. You'll be the go-to HR contact across the business, working closely with employees at all levels and contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and external agencies as needed\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey\nLead onboarding and orientation for all new hires\nMaintain and update HR policies and procedures\nPopulate and manage the new HRIS system\nProvide day-to-day HR support across staffing and general queries\nCoordinate with external HR advisors for complex issues such as grievances\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation\nPrepare HR reports and support ongoing compliance activitiesAbout You\n\nThis role would suit someone who:\n\nHas extensive HR experience and is confident working independently\nEnjoys taking ownership of processes and building strong relationships across a business\nIs hands-on, proactive, and adaptable\nValues being on-site and part of a close-knit team \n\nThink Human Resources is the HR division of Think Specialist Recruitment, an independently owned recruitment business.
