Neonatal Community Outreach Nurse – 1 week contract of 15 hours.
Eligibility
Only staff currently employed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board will be considered.
Main Duties
* Provide care for sick and preterm infants from 34 weeks gestation across North Wales and beyond.

Qualifications
* Essential: QIS Qualification, NMC Registered.
* Desirable: Community Outreach Course.
* Welsh language proficiency is desirable but not required.
Experience
* Essential: Neonatal Unit Experience.
* Desirable: Previous Community Experience.
