Your new role
As a Junior Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior surveyors and project managers on a variety of assignments. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and asset management reports
2. Supporting dilapidation assessments and party wall matters.
3. Preparing technical documentation and contributing to contract administration under JCT and NEC frameworks
4. Working on refurbishment and improvement projects, ensuringpliance with sustainability and safety standards
5. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver clear, professional advice

What you'll need to succeed
6. A degree in Building Surveying or a closely related discipline
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

10. Familiarity with surveying principles such as condition assessments and defect analysis
11. Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts (desirable but not essential)
