The charity is expanding their current programmes across London, so seeking multiple hires. The role is supporting vulnerable clients with mental health, or physical support needs back into work. You will be trained In the IPS Employment Support model and become a careers specialist.

You work with a small caseload of clients (around 25). Co-producing an action plan to support them back into work with ongoing coaching and support, factoring in their support needs.
As a recruiter you are naturally a great networker, and in this role, you will work in partnership with NHS Trusts and health professionals to deliver combined support.
Sales but not sales. A key focus is building up a network of local employers to secure work opportunities for your customers. The BD skills you developed will come in handy. But the difference is there is no fee attached. This is a government funded programme, so it’s a win win for employers.
Recruiters have a natural entrepreneurial mindset; it’s in their DNA. In this role you will hot desk in community settings meeting your job seekers. So, think café’s, libraries, community centres, or NHS Trusts.
