An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hatfield from February 2026.
This well-regarded school is looking for a confident KS2 practitioner who can deliver engaging and purposeful learning experiences while fostering a positive and supportive classroom culture. The role will run through to the end of the academic year, offering the chance to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact within Key Stage 2.
You will benefit from the support of an experienced Teaching Assistant and a proactive leadership team committed to collaboration, innovation, and high standards across the school.
The Role Will Involve:
* Planning and delivering creative, well-sequenced lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
* Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Maintaining high expectations for both behaviour and achievement
* Assessing pupil progress and using data effectively to inform next steps
* Working closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
* Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
* Be organised, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
* Have a genuine passion for inspiring pupils at this key stage
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
