Centre Manager at Leeson House Field Studies Centre
At Leeson House Field Studies Centre you’ll be part of a small, friendly team in a truly unique location on the Jurassic Coast. You’ll get to share your passion for outdoor learning with children and young people while working in one of the country’s leading field study centres.
This is a rewarding role in a supportive environment where no two days are the same. You’ll also have the option of affordable on-site accommodation to help you settle in.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality fieldwork and outdoor learning sessions for visiting groups, from KS1 through to A Level.
Working alongside four tutors and the Deputy Centre Manager, you’ll lead activities both on our 7-acre site and at nearby sites such as Studland, Old Harry Rocks, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. During quieter times, you’ll help design new sessions and contribute to the development of the Centre’s facilities and grounds.
