We are looking for a Social Worker to assess Mainstream,?Kinship?Foster Carers and Special Guardians in our Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Team. You will be a qualified social worker, with significant post qualifying experience in statutory social care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold and manage a varied caseload
* Identify and assess levels of risk and need
* Deliver protective or supportive services for children at risk
* Maintain an up-to-date assessment, care plans and reviews for all cases.
* Ensure that reports are up to date, of a high quality and submitted according to appropriate timescales.
* Work co-operatively with colleagues and in partnership across agency boundaries.
